From the time it was founded till now, Costante Sesino has always aimed at reaching the full quality, that is the quality of the products, of the service, of the organization, of the control of the instruments, and of the raw materials.

This continuous commitment led the company to obtain ISO 9001:2008 certification since 2010.

In order to take advantage of the Russian market Costante Sesino has also obtained the GOST R certificate (‘Gosudarstvennyj Standart’ or ‘State Standard’ in russian language). Russia’s GOST R certification programme applies to most goods being exported to Russia and the GOST R certificate of conformity signifies that imported products comply with Russian standards, quality and safety requirements.

The Gost-R certificate is necessary for customs clearance in Russia and for sale and/or marketing within the country. The Gost-R Russian certification programme covers a wide range of products including cosmetics, food products, toys, textiles, household electrical products and industrial equipment. Products that are within the scope of the mandatory GOSTR Certification programme once certified are required to display the registered GOST R sign, also known as the Mark of Conformity. The GOSTR, beside other mandatory types of Russian certificates signifies that the imported product complies with  Russian standards and  requirements for safety. These certificates can only be issued by certification bodies which have been accredited by GOST authorities.

Since January 2013 Costante Sesino S.p.A. is also certified OHSAS 18001:2007

The acronyms OHSAS stands for Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series and identifies an international standard for occupational health and safety management systems. The OHSAS 18001 standard has been introduced in 1999 and reviewd in 2007, to provide a standard for which a conformance certification can be given.
